This is my second Liverpool Jean jacket. I have a light pink one I bought years ago from a boutique shop around where I live. It is by far my favorite jean jacket. I have bought many jean jackets since trying to get the traditional denim color but they’ve always fell short and they get donated to goodwill within a year. The price tag is a little high for me as a mom with kids in expensive travel sports that are always in need of new uniforms/shoes/gear so on.I was getting dressed the other day and was so annoyed I didn’t have a blue jean jacket that I just bit the bullet and bought this one on a whim. I wished it was a dark wash at the time of placing my order but truthfully I think I’m happier with the lighter wash.Anyway, I do think it’s a little costly but I think that’s more just that I am cheap lol not that the jacket is expensive. It is totally worth the price I think just hard to swallow 100+ dollars. It is not stiff and uncomfortable like most new denim. It’s like your favorite jeans you’ve worn for years that are soft and move with you.I did find it on the Liverpool site, however, shipping was not free until like 175 or something like that. And even then it was like 6-10 days I think it said? So you know I found it on amazon with free next day shipping! (Told you I was cheap lol and I’m definitely an instant gratification kind of girl)My only regret with this purchase was that I wasted time and money buying cheaper ones in the past few years. I should have bit the bullet years ago. I haven’t gotten the chance to wear it as the temps have dropped to winter coat levels but based on how well my other jacket has held up this is one of those staple pieces you shouldn’t mind paying a little more for since you can always wear it and it will hold up.
